Clutch issues..

I just got my 125 Super started yesterday, it has been in bits for 20 years, so it was fun getting it up and running..

Poblem is that the clutch will not disengage, at least not when the engine is running?! It seems to work when the engine is not running, if I pull the clutch when kicking the engine, the engine doesn't turn..

-Any tips on what the problem might be is very welcome indeed...
