Where abouts are you? Makes sense to take it somewhere local to you. The same rebore cost me £45, give them the piston and ask for 3.5 thou clearance after honing. Head will need matching too, you can't use a head smaller than the piston, ie. head 66mm & piston 70mm or piston will hit the head.
AF Rayspeed and MB Developments will both do it.

Ralph could do it, all depends on whether he'll open the door or not, he didn't for me.

I was looking at doing this a while ago with an iron barrel I've got knocking about, everyone will have their own opinion but mine was Mitaka piston from Ron Moss (I've had a couple in various engines and they've been spot on) http://www.supertune.co/index.php?route ... duct_id=53 and maybe one of these to aid the cooling a bit better http://www.supertune.co/index.php?route ... duct_id=78 or one of these from MB http://lambrettaspares.com/spares/bgm-p ... m0384.html and I'd lined up Dan from Scooterotica to do the tuning. Then a mate offered me a race rapido cylinder for £30 and it all went on the back burner  but its still on my to do list.Anyway hope its given you a few ideas.AF Rayspeed charge £30.64 for a rebore http://www.afrayspeed.co.uk/index.php?p ... tributeID=
I am playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order.
