Disc conversion ss90 replica
Now is the only way to change to px forks or can it be done another way ? Now as its got ss90 origanal headset what about brake res holder etc

No, you don't want PX forks, they're wider and longer.
PK fork which are still longer but far easier to get right. Ideally you'll want 12mm machined of the bottom race face and drop everything else to match that and cut a steering lock slot. Also you'll need to p155 about with mudguard top fitting.
No disrespect to here but plenty of lads on the smally forum have done it and are far more clued up than me on this. Certainly off the top of my head Max and Wayne will know more as no doubt will others
