sip speedo cht gauge and spark plug washers

when using sip speedo cht probe under spark plug do you still use the washer on spark plug ,
as it raises the spark plug or dose it no matter ,any thoughts on this

You can use both washers if necessary to position plug correctly, however it would be best to check position of plug in Cylinder head off first.

I have noticed on some cylinder heads that the position is not to great
