have been looking for a pk 50 for my daughter , going to look at one , the spec was , it was originaly registered as a 50 cc , then the owner put in a 125 motor and re registered it as a 125....he told me it can be re registered as a 50.... I don't have a 50 cc motor to put in it , as Iam led to believe DVLA will want to check the spec , is this true ? as I don't want her to get caught out and banned on her first scoot , any advice please ....... also going to look as PK AUTOMATIC , now that one is a 50 but a import ......
