About to fit an anti dive break ,I currently have mb progressive fork springs fitted & bgm dampers. It has been suggested that this might lead to an uncomfortable ride and that I should go back to standard springs ,would like to know what others views on this, cheers soupy

cant say for certain but i cant see how progressive springs would make any difference to an anti dive
personally id leave the springs in and see how it feels first rather than pulling them out and not knowing

agree with ric, try your dampers on the lowest setting and work up

surely if the anti dive is fitted correctly then this should have no effect on the springs/ damping during riding, the anti dive only works under braking?

The benefit would be that the right wouldn't be as hard. If I'd got antidive, I'd put regular springs back in in a heartbeat.

Same set up as I've used on my bikes, and works great. The above comment I think was tongue in cheek or an attempt at humour, either way, unhelpful

I got told by Guy Topper, that the prog. springs might lead to a very stiff front end. But leave them on, see what happens.
