indian stator plate /flywheel

stop spark,tested white and red (pick up98.7omh)testedwhite and green(lt463.00omh)both ok no spark from red wire,good spark yellow wire ,spark from green .fitted new k2 pickup still no spark. fitted new cdi unit still no spark please help : :?:

Taken the ignition switch out of the equation?

As Rosscla said, if you haven't already done so, disconnect the green from the CDI thay goes up to the ignition switch. This is a common fault especially with pattern replacement ignition switches which short out internally to earth. Also, you don't say it you have replaced the plug/cap/HT lead??.

remove green wire from cdi unit ,no spark ,fitted new ht cable and cap plug still no spark

if not already done try tightning flywheel nut as much as you can then try for spark
