Very nice.

Is there anything special about a "real 22mm Dellorto"?
Did you have to do that?

Seems a pity to sacrifice an original carb really. Surely you could put a new one on there?

A bit of nostalgia for me ~ one of my fist AF"s in the 70"s had a reamed delly and 50mm baffless clubbie on

When the reedblock goes on ~ A genuine Keihin pwk28 will be fitted ~ As is on the other gp ~ "They run sweet"

Won"t use the Italian cylinder or head either ~ When reedblocked

Indian cylinders are harder wearing ~ I prefer them when boring to 71.00mm
Will be using an AF high compression head ~ Quality at a good price

How does the Casa seat cover fit on the SILME seat frame?
A pig to fit 2 of the fold up tabs? Ask me how I know?

When I was in Italy recently I found out from a very reliable source that Casa GP covers are designed for the Giuliari coffin seats not the SILME seats. The SILME seat covers originally only had 5 tabs per side not the 6 that Casa for one has making it a pig to fit the SILME frame.

PS: love a GP200 in white.

Luckily enough the fitting wasn"t done by me ~ I acquired the seat refurbished ~ After some haggling ~ It"s a quality job

I will pop a few pictures of the seat on later ;)

Ahhh, that answers a qustion that I've had for a while. I've got an original (well, i think it is as it's all rusty!!!) giuliari seat on my 64 LiS and it desperately needs a recover.

So, casa do one that just pops on with the tabs??
