How do you tell the difference between genuine and fake? I see them advertised all over with what looks like an identical picture but with a big variation in price, especially on ebay etc. Is there any real difference in quality or reliability?

I'd say the only way you'll get more than likely get a real one is to buy from a reputable dealer, I don't think you'll find the prices vary so much but you'll have some comfort that your getting the real thing.
