An acquiantance of mine has a Lambretta in bits that he's finally getting round to putting back into one piece.
It was pulled apart to be powdercoated 19 years ago, but that never happened.
Dilema now is what sort of a job to do to it. My own suggestion was a couple of rattle tins and away you go. But as he's a bit 'curious', he'd rather do something a bit more expensive.
Does anyone have any suggestions of a direction to go? Anything considered. Interesting powdercoats, designs that aren't particularly private, that sort of thing.

The retro replica paint jobs are a popular choice, the AF s type, Supertune and Royspeed style for example. Maybe get him to have a look through some rally pic's for some ideas.

My suggestion would be to powdercoat the body work in the colour/s of his choice and if he did not like it. The powdercoat is a good base for a proper paint job. This way he can see what it looks like and powder coat is cheaper and quicker than a paint job.
