repair or scrap?

gp casing
gear cluster needle roller bearing bush has spun in the casing

does anyone know if/where i can get this repaired?

drill oversize (accurate so on a mill?)

weld up and drill?

scrap?

any advice etc greatly appreciated

how loose is it ? 200 or 150 ?

Loctite bearing retainer would do it so long as it isn't a sloppy fit. There will be an amount of allowable alignment tollerance at both ends to allow for production variances. That's what I'd do, but I've no doubt there are other options.

it might be worth getting some replacements measured up as various makes might be slightly different in the same way as the rear hub bearing ive had 1 that i couldnt use a new bearing in it was that tight on the inside not that thats any help other than to say there may be ome slight differences

Its a great casing,200cc with ported casings by harry and groove machined I'm for long stroke crank. Was worrying if there was a batch that had the hole m/c.d slightly out of true and it would go again, casing is about 3 years old

If it's not too slack then I'd use bearing retainer I think loctite 648 is the one I'd use .
Or you could scrap it and I'd take it off your hands for a £10
