clutch adjustment question

Hi folks.
I having a few problems setting it up so a quick question on clutch adjustment please.

When setting up, how far forward do i need to push the clutch arm before tightening the cable trunions?

clutch works to its optimum, when it engages with clutch arm at 90 degrees to crankcase side. (or just a tad before)

Remember sometimes its worth taking the clutch arm off the top of the splined rod, and moving or forward or back one notch on the spline to get it just in the right place.
