Ram Air Filter

Looking for a ram air filter for a jetex 22 carb , what size do i need and anyone know where to get them?

fleabay do various sizes for lambretta if you care to measure your own carb....but if you have a std carb why not use the airbox?do you want the ram air to bolt to your carb or on the rubber bellow/elbow?...

using it on a chop and my mate is building the engine just now so havent got carb to measure! was hoping someone might know offhand what size i needed, i'll get over at weekend and measure it then. cheers

If its the same as a standard sh22. Then the fitting is about 44-45mm

I'll see what I've got that'll fit. Should have the "MB" type Ramair that's fitted to a GP200 airhose. I've got different sized Breath Sweet filters too but I'll need to do a bit of measuring to see if there's one small enough for a Jetex. May have some that bolt straight onto the carb to but I think the general opinion is that these don't work as well as having some distance between carb and foam?

They come with a few adaptors in different sizes. I'll check what I've got. Had some Black ones too.

bummer............i'd have took the one in the 4th pic , looks ideal.......i'll see how it runs with the readspeed one
