I had a similar problem with a used SPAQ diec brake recently. After advice from Mark on here I changed the banjo bolts to shorter stainless ones and some new coper washers both from sellers on ebay. Instant success 8-) The banjo bolts can bottom out before sealing properly  the shorter bolts prevent this from happening.

have had similar issues with two of my bikes....managed to cure one by buying new olives on ebay, and trimming the braid back a little further, also i put a dab of hydraulic seal on the threads before i nipped it up.ok thus far
think next time id buy a brake line pre crimped as the thought of dot 4 dribbling over my paintwork(which has happend before)does worry me
