Hi.
Who are the best gears for this engine?:
-Standard indian 200 stage4 from SR.
-22 dellorto carb.
-Sterling expansion exhaust.
and 16 stone 8-)

I have the possibility to put, or li150 early spanish (same italian ratio) or a jet200 one.
Li150 have 5.21 ratio, and the jet200 have 4.81.

Thanks!

The Li box with the Sterling exhaust or you will spend more time in 3rd gear, you will need a clubman for 4.8

Perfect Martin!
Then i have the jet200 box for the RB20 project if the li150 that i have for the RB20 with the 47x16 (4,99) is not good.
I can use the jet200 box with this 47x16 (4,61) for a lower ratio, without change clutch sprocket, front sprocket and chain.
Thanks!

My theory on final drive numbers is..................... the bigger the number, the bigger the smile on your face.
RB20 with 5.2 = big grin. :bouncyeng:
