hi all does anyone know the correct setting for the mixture screw on a jetex carb for a standard 200 Lambretta. Some are saying it's 3/4 turn and others say a one and a half turns. I'm a bit confused, any help would be appreciated, thanks

You're not going to get a precise answer really as each engine is different so there's no generic "yes it needs to be set at 1 turn" answer. You would be better off turning it up to 1 and half (turning it out makes it richer) take it for a spin see how it runs,if its a big boggy turn it back slightly till it runs OK.Then also do plug chops in the various throttle positions to make sure the plug colour is OK.http://www.dansmc.com/spark_plugs/spark ... talog.html

I am playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order.
