engine mount bolt stuck?

Ok, my engine mount bolt is stuck. It gets stuck as you try to knock it out of the second mount. The bolt is a tight fit between the mounts, any suggestions on how to ease the bolt out would be welcome.

You need to draw it through by tightening the nut, adding washers, spacers, etc as you go along. It takes a while as you have to keep removing the nut to add more washers. You'll probably knacker the threads doing it so you'll need at least a new nut, if not a new bar.

Sorted it, the bolt was too tight on the mounts and the cones were worn.
