Has anyone tried to fit a schwalbe weatherman tyre onto a sip tubeless alloy, i got two tyre irons of them and tried to fit the tyre myself by following there online video.

But even with two of us trying we could not manage it.

I had a weatherman fitted on a AF tubeless at my local scooter dealer and they struggled to get it on, but did manage to eventually. They did mark the alloy rims somewhat though.....now getting it off....theres another thing....

Yes, I have put many weathermans with a machine in my local tyre dealer.

yes fitted some last night to be exact ...........if your`e on Facebook by any chance look up M.B.Developments page ,he has a good article on there about fitting Schwalbe`s onto SIP rims he pre-heats the tyre and can then fit them with just his hands and tyre soap ,no tyre levers !! i thought thats a good idea , so bought the required tyre soap ,warmed the tyre and it`s a piece of P**S .....GO FOR IT

They should go on easy with soap and the right levers.

Any ideas to the best way of preheating tyres? I've asked Mark, but no answer as yet.
