disc brake

I've got an internal brake that someone converted to hydraulic can it be changed back to normal by using a new actuator.

quick answer not worth the bother .. unless the cylinder is held with a clip as per standard

Thanks for that mate quick straight to point answer & no unfortunately its not got the clip holding it in am I gonna have trouble if I wanna change the disc or pads.

it would be far better to trade /swap for a standard one as cost to re machine yours would be beyond what a back plate would cost you ..the scootrs ones fit original hubs

No, changing the disc or pads would be the same as on a none hydraulic brake.
