Two questions really. Anyone know if an mb devtour u bend and a jl one are the same? Reason I'm asking is that there's some jl compatable exhaust flanges on ebay with viton seals. I'm sure they are pretty close.
Second question is has anyone used one, are they any good? My devtour always seems to leak however much goo I try to seal it with.
Thanks.

I had this problem with my Dev-Tour, mine was worn round the stub. I haven't tried it on a Franspeed stub, but now you mention it, I'll give it a try and let you know ;-)

The Dev-Tour stub manifold measures a tad over 42mm so this could possibly do the trick.

Bought one of tehse Viton seal exhaust stubs from LTH two years ago, and the Viton seals snapped twice in short period and when reporting back to LTH they found the grooves were not deep enough in the stub and in many cases sheared the seals when mounting.
they were working on a revised thicker walled version with deeper groove, but didn't look into it anymore since.
Might be worth asking Marcus if they got around solving that?
Life shouldn't be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty, well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, loudly proclaiming: "WOW, WHAT A RIDE"

Thanks all (as always) for the replies. Lambretta and ''problem solved'' never seem to come easy
Thanks again.
