The TV or RD400 con rod can be used with appropriate packers / gaskets.
You may need to have your crank webs machined to use the RD400 rod as I think it's wider at the big end than a standard Lambretta rod.
If you need someone to do the work for you then Harry Barlow of ProPorting in Leicester (tel: 0116 287 1285) is well known for crank rebuilds as well as the other tuning required for these conversions all at very reasonable rates.

It is worth opting for the longer reach conrod, as it gives much better options for the inlet timing, which can be seriously compromised by a standard-length rod.
The Tv rod will handle the power that nearly all 190 conversions will deliver. As it is a straight fit, it is cheaper.
