I spoke to Acewell only a week ago at a m/c trade show, they gave me the impression that they were working on costings for the billet surround and whether or not to go ahead with it. Note their stock level.
Now that looks very good!

I'm going to follow Marks example and go GPS.
I'm looking at fitting the 2" into to top of the leg shield toolbox
and keeping a standard speedo for looks or butcher the speedo and fit the 2" inside.

Now thats a good bracket, beats weld, fill, file and re-paint.
