lack of top end

since changing the carb on my ts1 225 it seems to have lost its top end i used to have a 34mm amal it would not run very well low down and tick over was erractic. since fitting the tmx35 its great low down tick overis brill but it just does not get up to the top end like the amal did jetting on the tmx is 350 main jet and a 55 needle 2 nd clip from the top. any ideas thanks ian

Main looks too big, try dropping it gradually and keep doing plug chops.
