Have an issue with clutch which was made worse by hours of filltering through traffic on way to iow. When coming to a junction and selecting first with the lever all way in you get a knocking sound and judder that you feel as well as hear. This only happens when the scooter is rolling, it creeps when at a standstill... :(

If you do short figures of 8 in first whilst feathering the clutch so you dont stall it donks away like a gooden. Pain in the ass and need to sort it before Woolacoombe. I know the sliding dog is a bit manky but had to put it back as i didnt have a spare when i checked it... :o  Im going to replace it and the spring as well as new outers and inners and hope this sorts the issue. Anything else i need to look at for possible causes?
