Have thye BGM black rear shock and wanted to play around with the settings to see if i could stiffen the rear up for better handling. As usual it came with no instructions, it actually came with instructions for their stator... :?

Anyways i dont really understand the theory behind damping etc. At present i have set the top clicker in the middle (counted 18 clicks in total) on 9 and have wound the bottom nearly all the way in clockwise so the spring is now at the bottom of the shock. By winding the spring in clockwise am i stiffening it up and lowering the ride height or is this having the oposite effect? Also what way should the top be clicked in to stiffen it up?

Im presuming that both top & bottom wound clockwise all the way would be the stiffest but to be honest i have got a clue... :D
