finished rebuild, now i`ve filled oil tank an fuel tank after being totally drained, will i have to mix some 2stroke with the gallon of petrol i`ve got in the tank to give it enough time for the oil to prime itself,i know i might sound thick but not done this before :?:

yes.

2% mix for the 1st tank, it might smoke a little when it starts also mixing the autolube eventually but it's better than having no small end lubrication until that point!

I'd agree with that, my T5 Classic had the oil feed disconnected so I used to pre-mix at 2%. Pulled into the local Asda almost empty, tipped in the required amount of oil (Asda 2 stroke) and then realised that it weas card only and I didn't have my card with me  It started up ok and managed the 3 miles or so to the next garage with no problem other than a lot more smoke than usual :wtf: .....I reckon it would have run on 100% oil ;)
