Anyone else having trouble with the bracket not clearing s3 panels?
Ive just ha an NK and no matter what i do it fouls the panel on the kickstart cut out! Not when on the stand but it would hit the panel when at about half suspension travel ??
Any one got one and its ok?

I cant post a pic untill monday now, as the scoots at work.

The bracket has three fixing points to the chain case (the three studs to the left of the drain plug) with 29mm long tube spacers.

The panel hits the part of the bracket furthest away from the drain plug.

I like to fit the pipes and then take the shocker off, and lower the scoot onto the bump stop, to mimic full suspension travel.

Ive tried fitting smaller spacers (20mm) and it still hits

I spoke to AF and they said they were aware of the problem :? and are redesigning a bracket :?

So it was out with the hacksaw, and its now a two point fixing :baddevil: and ive made another bracket to fit to two studs by the shocker mount :D so its

now a four point fixing :D :D .................. only took 4 hours of f@@kin about

No its the part where the long bolt and spacers go.

And i took a pick of the bracket when it arrived before i took it apart for spraying ;) :)

But the end can is unusually close to the panel :? make turning the panel handle difficult

Just thought id post some pics of what i had to do ! it might help someone else

First is the part that hits the panel

The second two are the bracket i made. it would probably be ok with just the two mounting points but ive always had problems with the JL system.
