Oily ,greasy stator?

Hi all my mag oil seal let go covering my stator in oily grease how would you clean this and with what,cheers Lammer205.

Clean rags to start with to get the worse off and then a degreaser with cotton wool buds to get the awkward grease off, then clean buds to remove any residue. Once it's all clean, leave it somewhere warm to dry out.

or white spirits an a hairdryer to dry off, had to use one on mine the other day when my petrol tap fell off soaking the stator lol oop,s
