iffy cush drive symptoms

apart from the rattly noise,it would usually lurch/jump into gear instead of selecting smoothly.

trying to single out a prob ive come across when i gear down it sort of makes the wrong kind o niose its hard to explain the last time i had this tho was on the 210 and i changed the clutch it it was all ok but this time ive changed to a fourplate clutch new springs steels the works and its stil there
the springs were pinasco and all same length the steels were flat as a pancake

it selects gears very smooth how ever its snatchy on take off and gearing down makes a whining sound if not done at very low speed is it the clutch or cush drive?
