I had a new exhaust from SIP, that looks great but it did not come with a couple of rubber o rings for the manifold. After half a dozen emails to SIP (they keep telling me i need a beedin' gasket kit!) I took it to an MX mate of mine who said his KTM had a similar set-up and so i ordered a pair of rubber rings to fit a 250 KTM, but they are too dam big. £12 quid lighter and a scooter still in bits.......

Do i need Viton seal for an exhaust or summat else? I wanted to get a dyno run and get on the road, but this hole thing is turning into a right pain in the arse!

Do you mean dyno results? If so then yes no problemo. I am aining for 30th Jan at Diablo, but i havent booked yet. I need to get my EGT weld on boss fitted too. I have emailed MD developments, but they have not replied?

I have also ordered some viton o rings from AF rayspeed. So hopefully they will fit. My ts1 240 made 36 bhp on JB tunings dyno with a franspeed. It had a little more porting on the cases, when i had it stripped last by JB, so with the Bullet i am hoping for a few HP more.
