I am looking at fitting a universal digital dash display gauge....thingy to my T5 Classic & in order to set up the fuel gauge reading correctly I have to input the resistance of the sender unit (measured in ohms!!).

Can anyone advise?

Thanks, Spencer

Presuming you have the fuel gauge sender, remove it from the tank. It should have two connections which go to the gauge, use a multi meter and measure the resistance with the float fully at the top and then fully extended at the bottom. Usually the range is either 0-70 ohms or 30-230 ohms.
