Neighbours don't seem to complain about the Pitone, it's not a baffleless.
I'm just asking myself if it's not my quieter scooter
The fork is an early PX one with an old semi-hydraulic conversion in 16 mm, now in fully hydraulic with second hand millenium master-cylinder (hence the broken lever at the moment).

Love the bike, but the guard is horrible!
Sorry, but PX forks make the whole front of the bike sit too high
Why not just get a PK fork and fit a standard front guard to it? they fit well and look almost standard!
Here is one I prepared earlier...

Dryballs,
it's me thinking too at the moment about whole front bike too high (especially with T5 mudguard).
That's why i asked about the Rally fork conversion made by Worb5...
Did you have a lot of modifications on your PK fork to accept the original mudguard (modified too?) and did you take some pictures?
It's a PK XL 2 fork i need for a Rally, isn't it? But front axle is in 20 mm then...
Thanks for opinion.

I didnt have to do any modifications to this fork. The mudguard needs a spacer to make it sit right, but thats easy.
I put a PK fork into a super once and had to have the stem shortened. A good engineer can do this easily - cut the required amount out, put a spigot in and weld it!
SIP sell a fork already modified dont they?
Prisoner - I wonder if it is possible to swap the fork link over so you can still use your 16mm disc brake? or just sell yours and get a 20mm one
The only real dodgyness about my conversion is I used the PK shock and the holes dont line up with the brake caliper mount, so I had to use one bolt.
I see LTH make a spacer so you can use a shortened PX shock now days

Like your Rally a lot, but the T5 mudguard imho is 100% out of place
Even the Corsa seat is nice but too much P-range for a 70's style Rally 200
What about the engine? Standard? Kitted?
