Binned my chop a few years back on the way to Mersea and tore off a footpeg, smashed the carb & headset and destroyed my mate's Mickeck that I had borrowed. Got relayed to the site and a shaky half-cut rebuild the following day, involving a few of us, utilised a chair leg, some jubilee clips, lots of tape, super glue & toilet roll (I kid ye not) and a new exhaust. This was good enough to get me home and keep me going for weeks. Ace it was.

Anyway I bought the cheapest non-standard pipe I could get which was one of those Sterling ScootRS jobbies. Recently dug it out of the shed and decided it could do with a new can. Fancy something a little more substantial than the standard replacement. Does anyone know if the new JL cans (not the slip jointed type) would fit with a bit of fettling? Or, even better, without any fettling. Or another similar can?

cheers
