I´ve been looking on ebay at the Mec cranks, can anyone tell me the deference between the one with the metal coloured rod and the one with the gold coloured rod.

MEC seem to have changed the rods from the metal coloured to copper coloured on the 58 x 107 Race cranks about 18 months ago. The 60 x 107 still come with metal coloured rods. 58 x 116 come with copper type finished rods. On ebay the likelihood is that they're only showing generic pictures and not a picture of the actual rod that they send you. I'd check with the seller. No idea what the difference is though between the 2 finishes.
