What are the options on cranks for this? do you have to get the AF one or are there alternatives.

You need a 58 x 116 crank for the RB20. MB also do an Alpha crank that size or you can get any number of tuners to build you one with a 116 rod or possibly a 115 Yamaha rod. Cheapest option is probably a SIL GP200 crank with a Yam 115 rod (RD400) fitted with top quality Yam race bearing (RD500.)
