Been asked for info on the ADS1 Race pipe.
Most of the dyno time with this pipe has been on the Chiselspeed sprinter and Gp4 bike.

On a Std (no work at all) but matched TS1 the ADS1 performed well with 22hp.Previous to the ADS pipes a std TS was in the region of 18-19hp.

Here we have a Chisel Muggello 225 ADS1 pipe against the previous Ancillotti pipe.

I'll keep popping the graphs up if nobody minds.

Cheers Adam.

Also, to add to that, we have the Ads touring pipe at the garage for testing, one set of results from a stage 4/5 cast iron tune with a 30mm carb now complete, various TS1 (standard and tuned) coming in over the next week.

We also hope to test the race version soon too.....all results will be posted in one go when complete.

What was done to the Muggy 225 tuning wise? If it's in standard trim then Id have thought that 20bhp is very good with a strange match of carb to exhaust. I've just put one together with a TM24 and 42mm clubman, I'll be happy if it makes 15 bhp.

Yeh I think its safe to say that the Muggello has seen a little work. ;)

15Hp will be a good result bolted on with a clubman I reckon. All depends on what port times you get, they're a bit all over the place from barrel to barrel.......

In which case it seems pointless putting a clubman on it that must strangle the performance. A comparrison against a more suitable exhaust would be better.

The transfer timing on a std muggy 225 make the fitting of an expansion a fairly useless excercise. With timings taken to 170 exhaust, 124 transfer, and 148 inlet you'd have a nice touring set up. Similar to a good 186 but with more cc.
