I don't think it's the exhaust's fault if the nuts came loose 
Turn On, Tune In, Cop out!
...exhaust fitting is always a bit of an art...been lucky to have ralph saxilby clubman which is tailor made perfect fit....but i've recently fitted mk1 ancillotti.....tricks are to make sure it goes on/off without any straining of brackets....fit brass nuts + washers to u pipe....plain nuts spring washers to main bracket....if you've got the bracket underneath use a long 8mm bolt as a stud with plain 8mm nut/spring washer....blah...blah...
