....us at Scooterotica with their dazzling quality!

Ha ha....not what you were expecting was it!!

Ads dropped off one of his exhausts for us to play with, so as and when we get chance it'll be getting bolted to various setups to see how it behaves. I gave the test unit an initial look over last night, its a very good quality item, nice materials and welding, and cone measurements look set to perform well......but the proof is in the testing as it were!

Remind yourself of the original thread: http://scooterotica.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=9462 and see below for pics of the pipe. I think first up will be a test on a Rapido 225 i'm building for a customer, he wants me to use his existing sterling exhaust, so once its built i'll do a back-2-back against that. Then after i've made some adjustments to the race scooter, i'll do a back-2-back against my JL4, and hopefully we'll have the Ads 'race' version too by then and can compare that also.

I'll keep you all posted as we go along, the exhausts are currently available from Chiselspeed for anyone that wants one.

They are selling well, have names down for some. As they come in they're pretty much going out. Sent 6 of the race version to Japan the other week  .

Muffler and bracket sits just fine :) . Dan should be able to confirm this soon hopefully.

Why? I had a MK4 Taffy and the rubber mounts didn't last long. Once they'd worn the exhaust moved all over the place. We reckon too much movement is a bad thing, increases wear on slip joints etc. As with any product you can't satisfy everybodies needs but hopefully the product is the right price, directed to rally/road goers, plenty of torque for two up riding etc. and will hopefully be good value for money.
