Parts interchangeabilty between models - question

Can anyone tell me if the following parts are interchangeable between series one and two as series one parts seem to be harder to find and conciderably more expensive;

Horncasting grill
Headlight
Headlight rim
Rear running boards
Floor runner kit
Speedo

And if anyone has any of these going cheep for a low budget lash together please let me know.

Headlight - ?
Headlight rim - Don't think so.
Rear running boards - Yes
Floor runner kit - Yes
Speedo -yes

Headlight rim is also a no, I`m affraid.
