Hi Dapper Thank you for your commentsdapper wrote:Mick, very impressed with your work on that cylinder. What would be the cost for the same tune that you have done on that one? I appreciate that its a cast cylinder, so lots of tough work and time to be put in, but just trying to get an idea of overall cost.Mick Abbey wrote:I am chuffed to see you have got your electrics sorted Dave and I hope that you are happy with the tune that I did for you, as I am now taking orders for porting lamb's from £60 for a mild tune upwards

The 150 barrel that I have done for Dan is at the moment an experemental project we have not tested it out yet for performance or reliability also I only had a STD piston to work of which have the ring pegs facing the ex port side it didn't matter where I put the new ports in relation to the ring pegs.
once that we have tested the barrel and if all is OK I will start to do more of these mods there will probably be slightly diferant shapes to the new port windows depending on the piston's that will be used , even better if any one is thinking of running with a reed valve conversion I can do more to a cylinder .
For a full tune with extra ports ( better if you have a reed conversion ) + open & match the crank case to the barrel + match the inlet manifold to the port, it will cost £140 +post
all I would require is your barrel, piston inlet manifold & bare crank case
Cheers
Mick
