I have another very annoying issue, looks like the headlight unit clips don't hold the bulb holder in place! they don't match, have different shapes ... can anyone tell me which are the right matching parts? here's my holder and here's my unit http://www.scooter-center.com/product/8 ... p*7*7*1*16

Thanks Wack. I bought the headlight unit (the one i linked before) from scooter restorations and the clips included with it were crap (probably cause they were indian?)... plus the bulb holder i have doesn't match with it. The plastic tabs of the buln holder don't match the shape of the clips.
What headlight unit-bulb holder combination would you recommend? At this stage i decided to replace everything: headlight unit, bulb holder and key switch and make a definitive job.
