barrel rebored and back home.
my test assembly without base gasket gives a very low timing as if MB piston crown height was higher than a standard piston ( ad says no....)

T:108°
E:140°
BD: 16°!!
A pity!!
race-base (http://www.race-base.com)says:
3,2mm packer and 6,6mm to be removed at the exhaust top to get 125/180°

I'm now waiting for a pipe-design silent box to come. Marco Rentzman, the boss, knows how to turn a standard pipe into a civilized expansion. I need the dedicated flange to port the exhaust.

thank mate,
concerning the lambretta-archive thread (one of my favorites) I'm a bit puzzled with the output power gained with this only 2transfert/piston ported engine.... I'll have a dyno asa running in finished....
