Just had a look at dans photo of his taffy on an RT kit. His looks a little high as well I wonder if he has had any bother with his.

i have had 2 of these pipes, and honestly ive had no problems with them at all. first one i bought from dan, the tail can sat a bit low for my liking. the second one i bought (after ive tried all the other pipes) was bought from fleabay and sits just right

My mate is going to cut the bracket off on the pipe weld a new one on and the tail pipe sits at a better angle you can get roughly 3 fingers in the gap between the pipe and underneath the runners and you still have a good clear clearance from the ground to the underneath of the pipe this is roughly how it will sit Image

That's touching the kick start as you probably already know.
By the time its lifted clear of the kickstart and there is a slim scooter boy/girl sat on it.
That's still going to be close to the foot board.
Hope I'm wrong though.

I cant see why? They can start producing/selling them any time they like, its their choice not to. Maybe they will in future? Who knows? ;)

These Taffy reps fill a gap in the market until that day though, and for £180 compared to £500 I'd rather have the copy. As far as I can see they look good, sound good and give good performance. A couple people seem to be having fitting issues, but their is only so much room for ANY exhaust to fit between the kick-start and runner board isn't there?
