Nice one Kejj, glad you got it sorted, I hadn't realised where you lived or I wouldn't have suggested Scooter Restorations

On no, please do continue suggesting. You never know, it might turn out good value next time. Depends on diferent factors. But yes, usually shipping to and from england has the same prices as shipping to and from Nam for some reason.

Fitted the spring today.
I can easily say that the MB stand is way too short. The stand is almost up in the air barely touching ground.
I realised it was a difference when I compared them and thought to myself that it might be too short.
Too bad considered the price they charge, Now I have to source another one.

So question goes out again, who makes a stand that closest resembles the original one by inocenti?

I have an MB stand and it's spot on, what size tyres are you using?
...and have you spoken to MB, they're there to help ;-)

3.50 x 10
And they need reinflating a bit since i haven't put any new air in for 1.5 years.
(Bought it of Scooter-center cause shipping from UK to mainland is a steal)

You could still email/call MB?

You could also post the stand length measurements and then perhaps we could tell whether it's the stand that's wrong or not?

Will take them tomorow.
Will contact MB when I've checked everything before hand.

When you put it together, did you fit the thick square washers between the crossmember and the 'J' brackets? If so the stand will go over centre too far, They are supposed to go in thr 'V' of the crossmember but you won't be needing them. Just a thought.

I live in Stockholm.

Don't need the brackets, have Indian crossmember.
Mb j hooks didn't fit either. Too tight. Used old ones instead.
