so, there where Italian Lambretta 125's sold in England? I thought you guys only got from 150 up...
Well after well over 12 months off this project due to moving house and then having to set my garage back up in the new house, am now back at it.
Frame back from painters

Just offering up some parts ready for fit

Building the forks up, will fit them whe i get my new fork link bolts

I had to rattle can all the satin black parts, tank, toolbox, hubs, fork links and a few more.. just to keep the cost down where i could..

Thats all for now lots to do, plan is to get it finished for the 4 nations in september..

Better to keep quiet and be thought of as a D!ck Head, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
A little more progress.
Tank , rear light and mudguard in.

Painted the (chrome trim ring) satin black, loom in, cables and semi hydraulic brake.

SIP rims with racemans...

Legshields on, loose fit for now.

Tool box with , volt meter and fuel gauge. volt meter may be swapped for rev counter. just letting the rubber settle before cutting the mitres in the corners.

Still plenty to do....

Only just seen this, keep at it - this is lush - everything about it so far is lush...
you may recall me telling you the breather frame I had was 125 and also a 59 ...the frame number on mine was also outside of thouse given on the lambretta archives (hence it been given a 59 plate),it can be only assumed these frames had been left over after the change to air box between the tank/toolbox and were then used up prior to the introduction of the series 2Supereibar wrote:so, there where Italian Lambretta 125's sold in England? nice to see all the black trim with satin parts - I`m doing the same on my S2 build at the minute
