I think I need one of these. On the front of my 500 project there is a Scootrs tubless rim. I took it to a tyre shop to take it off the rim to get it re powder coated. But when I went back later the same day he said he could not get it of the rim. He tried the machine and tyre levers. So I had a go, and I'm buggerd if it will come off, it seems far too tight on the rim. Any thoughts ?

Yeah, the recommendation is to cut it off ;)

I had 2 sets of scootRS rims wrecked because of this. Gone back to split rims.

I had to cut the tyres off my Scoot RS tubeless rims when I needed to replace them, the tyres were bald anyway so it wasn't a problem but it's worth making sure your tyre fitter knows which direction to put the tyre on the rim when he fits them because if he gets it wrong you aint going to be able to just pop it off and turn it around!
