Trust me looks better in the pic. The side pannels are hand painted just like the rest of the scoot when i got it. I have done nothing with the side pannels yet. The only body work re painted is rh runner, petrol flap and rear light housing, the rest is original just touched up where needed. Happy with outcome so far, still a bit to do.

Not quite as tidy as yours vdub. loving the series 1's at the moment sooooo bouncy. Dragged all three out of garage today and took them all out for a qiuck spin,all very different to ride.
All electrics now sorted after spending ages scratching my head, have trouble wiring a plug, but got there in the end.Cheers Russ.
Just got a few finishing jobs to get it through MOT this week and away we go.
