Re-geared him from his original (revvy) 5.22 to a nicer 4.8. I'll post graphs soon!

:D :D
Come on Dan ya know what I'm like when graphs are involved :D

OK, here's the completed test we did, you saw the direct comparison graph we did before with a JL3 vs Ads pipe, back-2-back with no other changes. We then did a touring tune on the cylinder and re-geared it from a revvy 5.22 to a smoother 4.8, here's the results:

BHP:
Image
Above: peak BHP is only up 1bhp, but its now moved 1000rpm down the rev range. And at approx 5700rpm its up something like 25% on power.

Torque:

Above: again, peak torque is moved 1000rpm down the rev range, but now increased from 15.5 to 18.5 which is a healthy lump! Also, around 5500rpm we are up 25% on power again.

So what was a revvy TS1 has been transformed with pipe, gearing and touring tune into a very smooth and tractable motor.

Compare it against a DevTour, please. As I understand it the power isn't far off a JL4 but it's a tractable, touring exhaust.
