I had the forks coated whilst contemplating whether to use dampers with an anti dive brake, but now I'm using the German CNC damper brackets, you can see the marks where I've put them on and removed them as the coating is a three stage process and quite thick. The brackets are spot on for alignment, although any brackets seem to touch the inside of the mudguard, some spacers should help with this.
