That was me, and the tip about helicoiling the 7mm holes down to 6mm worked a treat.

I tried heating the hub and that didn't do much. One tip with pullers is to tighten it up as much as you dare, the whack the end of the puller bolt with a hefty hammer. Often the hub will pop off, but with this one it meant I could tighten the puller up a bit more. A couple more whacks and tightening and it was off.

My hub was wobbly because the endplate was loose. If there's a next time, I would check that before trying get the hub off. A couple of nuts had loosened allowing the plate to slide backwards and forwards.
